As a special needs mom, I've become an expert at balancing multiple priorities and parenting in the best way for each of her three sons, even when that looks drastically different.
Those same skills that make me a better mom make me a better manager and coach. With over 20 years of experience in human resources and corporate communications I've developed training and programs on a variety of topics all with the goal of making communication clearer and more consistent so that teams can be more effective and successful together.
